The Process

Step into the enchanting world behind the scenes, where every gleam of Polkis and gemstones along with intricate detail of Jadau comes to life. Our craftsmen embark on a journey of passion and precision, crafting jewelry that whispers tales of tradition and elegance.

Design – Chaap

The initial and pivotal step involves translating ideas into graphic representations. We meticulously craft blueprints inspired by modern trends and our rich cultural heritage. These designs are then passed to our artisans, who breathe life into them with their unparalleled craftsmanship.

Mount – Ghat

The next phase entails the creation of the ghat, a foundational gold frame upon which the jewellery takes shape. Crafted by our skilled artisans, the ghat's sections are meticulously structured to realize the envisioned design.

Engraving – Khudai

In this stage, our talented engravers meticulously etch intricate reliefs onto the ghat, laying the groundwork for enameling. Their expertise lies not only in delicate formations but also in infusing artistic flair into each composition.

Enameling – Meenakari

Enameling is an art form where glass is fused onto gold, adding depth and vibrancy to the piece. After the engravers' meticulous work, our meenakaars meticulously prepare colors according to the design, applying multiple coats before firing them at high temperatures. This process ensures the enamel adheres firmly to the surface, resulting in a lustrous finish.

Embedding – Jadai

Here, our jadaia meticulously embeds gemstones using kundan(24ct gold) into the jewellery's structure. Each stone is carefully sorted and foiled to ensure uniformity and brilliance. The ghat is then heated to eliminate any air pockets before the stones are meticulously placed, ensuring precise alignment and caratage calculation.

Beading – Piroi

The final touch involves securing and enhancing the embedded pieces & completing the exquisite piece.
